At Velvet Vine Market, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below:

Shipping Methods

USPS First Class Mail: Most items ship free through First Class Mail.
USPS Priority Mail: Live plants are shipped via Priority Mail for faster delivery and better handling.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped by weight using USPS services.
Live plants are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, to avoid weekend delays and give them the best chance of arriving healthy.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide either a replacement or a refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can assist with next steps.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
