We want every order from Velvet Vine Market to make you smile. Since many of our items are seeds and live plants, we aren’t able to accept returns. But if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
No Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing it.
Damaged or Unhappy Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll happily work with you to send a replacement or offer a refund so you feel taken care of.

🌱 What if my seeds don’t sprout?
Germination depends on many factors, soil, light, water, and temperature. While we can’t guarantee every seed will sprout, we do our best to provide fresh seeds and clear instructions. If you run into trouble, feel free to reach out and we’ll share tips or suggestions to help.
🌿 What if my plant doesn’t survive shipping?
We carefully pack all live plants and only ship them early in the week to give them the best chance of arriving healthy. If your plant arrives in rough shape, please send us a photo the same day you receive it. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund if needed.
📦 What if my package is delayed or lost?
USPS is usually reliable, but sometimes delays happen. If your package seems stuck or hasn’t arrived, let us know so we can help track it down.
💌 Can I return or exchange items?
Because our products are seeds and live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But if something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch, we want you to feel happy with your purchase.
